Our apartment

Our rental apartment, right in the heart of the Vieux Nice (Old Town), is on a small street which links many main areas of the Old Town. An abundance of good restaurants are on your doorstep. Stroll through the Old Town and you will reach the beach the Cours Saleya and Promenade in five minutes walk. Place Massena is just a few minutes walk away in the other direction, so you are still near the main shops. It is just over a minute's walk to the local supermarket, 15 minutes to the Port and about 25 minutes on foot to the main Nice Ville train station.
Being less than a minute's walk to the nearest bus and tram stops, it is very handy for the airport express bus and accessing all transport links to the rest of the Riviera.


From early morning to late evening these picturesque streets are alive with cafes, restaurants, shops and bars marking this as the main tourist hotspot. This is where you are right in the heart of everything and enjoy the ambience and character of these historical winding narrow streets and small squares.

On the 4th floor of a typical old town building (with lift), the apartment offers you everything you might need to have a pleasant stay. Very recently renovated, this 40sqm apartment is equiped with: WiFi, flat TV screen, DVD player, washing machine, dish washer...

The living and kitchen area are open plan, and the living area. The three large double glazed window have both curtains and the traditional shutters. There is a good quality sofa/bed, a LCD screen, DVD player, as well as Wi-Fi internet access and a coffee table. A white round table with four chairs provides ample dining space.

The kitchen has an L-shape floorplan with an aditional island with two footstool. Equiped with dish-washer, oven with four-ring hob, microwaves, oven, and fridge with small freezer compartment.
The units above the worktop hold all necessary glassware, crockery and utensils for any cooking guests choose to do with the region's tasty produce.

The bedroom has a double bed and large fitted wardrobes. The room also benefits from a double glazed window, which like the window in the living room, has traditional shutters.

The bathroom has a large white wash basin with a mirror above and a large bath. The washing machine lies in a separated area of the bathroom.
